【Participation qualifications】

・Individuals who can adhere to proper manners (e.g., refraining from behaviors that may inconvenience or discomfort other participants).

・Individuals who do not engage in any solicitation of other participants, including for religion, multi-level marketing, insurance, or recruitment by competing businesses.

・Individuals who agree to purchase at least one drink per event (if the event is held at a cafe).

・If it is discovered that a participant does not meet the above qualifications, we reserve the right to refuse future participation (removal from the group), request the participant to leave the event midway, or seek compensation for damages.

Please note that in such cases, event participation fees will not be refunded.

【イベント参加資格】

・マナーを守れる方（他の参加者の迷惑や不快となる行為をしない等）

・他の参加者に対し宗教、マルチ商法、保険、同業者による勧誘等一切の勧誘行為を行わない方

・1イベントにつき1人1ドリンク購入を頂ける方（飲食店にてイベントが開催される場合）

上記の参加資格を満たしていないことが発覚した場合、今後の参加をお断りしたりグループからBANする場合がございます。イベントから途中退場していただく場合、イベント参加費のご返金は致しかねます。

【Prohibited acts】

The following actions are prohibited at WASABI events:

・Any form of solicitation directed at other participants, including for network marketing, multi-level marketing, religion, insurance, or recruitment by competing businesses.

・Any actions that damage the reputation of the event, the group, or the organizers.

・Sexual harassment or persistent communication that is felt unwanted / uncomfortable.

・Behaviors that result in inconvenience or discomfort of other participants. It includes embarrassing other participants, ruining the event or table atmosphere, ignoring the struggles of the learners of languages.

・Attending the event for business purposes.

・Copying WASABI’s contents, part of the WASABI’s contents. Also using such contents outside of WASABI’s official events.

If any of these actions are discovered, we may refuse your participation or ask you to leave the event. It could result in removal from the group.

Please note that no refunds will be provided in such cases.

【禁止事項】

WASABIのイベントでは以下の行為を禁止しております。

・ネットワークビジネス、マルチ商法、宗教、保険、同業者による勧誘など、他の参加者に対する一切の勧誘行為

・イベントやグループ、主催者の信用を棄損する一切の行為

・セクハラやしつこいナンパ行為

・他の参加者に迷惑をかけたり、不快にさせる行為。他の参加者に恥をかかせたり、イベント/テーブルの雰囲気を損なったり、言語学習者の

これらの行為が発覚した際は、参加をお断りする場合やイベントの途中で退出していただく場合がございます。

尚、その際の返金は致しかねます。

・営業目的の入場

・コンテンツの複製、盗用、または一部/全部を変更しWASABI外で提供すること

【Disclaimer】

WASABI reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice to the event participants , and the event participants are deemed to accept such changes.

Event participants are responsible for regularly checking the participation rules and other related provisions. WASABI will not be held liable for any disadvantages incurred by participants due to their failure to review these rules.

Additionally, WASABI bears no responsibility for the following:

Any disputes or damages arising between participants.

Loss or damage to personal belongings during events.

Troubles caused by participants not reading these terms and conditions.

By participating in WASABI events, individuals are considered to have agreed to these terms and conditions.

During events, photographers or staff may take photos or videos. These materials may be used for promotional purposes for WASABI and its affiliated organizations’ event-related activities. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed , please notify us before the event. During the event, such participants are asked to stay behind those being photographed and cooperate by not demotivating others who are participating in the filming or getting photographed. Please note that photos may be taken when participants are interacting or engaging in activities during the event.

【免責事項】

WASABIでは利用者の事前の承諾を得る事なく本注意事項を変更する事ができ、利用者はこれを承諾するものとします。

利用者は、参加規約及び諸規定等が記載されている箇所を逐次確認するものとし、これらを確認しなかったことにより参加者に不利益が生じたとしても弊団体は、その責を一切負わないものとします。

その他、WASABIは以下の事項につき、一切の責任を負わないものとします。

・参加者同士で生じた全てのトラブルや損害

・イベント参加時の所持品の紛失・棄損

・本注意事項をお読み頂けなかったことにより参加者に生じた不利益

WASABIのイベントに参加をされる方は本注意事項及に同意いただいた上でご参加したとみなされます。

・各イベント等の開催中にカメラマンもしくは弊社従業員等による、写真及び動画撮影が行われます。その撮影データの使用については、弊団体及び関連団体等のイベント事業の為のプロモーションに使用されます。撮影を希望されない場合、イベント開催の事前に申し出て頂く事と、イベント中に撮影される方たちの背後に隠れて頂き、協力する姿勢を他の参加者に見せつつ、撮影に協力される他の参加者たちのモチベーションを、下げないようにご協力をお願いいたします。参加者の皆さんが、イベントへの参加をしている風景や会話をしているまたは活動をしている最中の意図しないタイミングでの撮影も行われる事をご了承ください。

参加申し込み完了をもって、イベントに参加される方のイベント開催中の人物の肖像権はWASABIイベント事業の為の使用範囲で同意したものといたします。
